The approximate fee for medical interpretation for a single consultation ranges from ¥14,300 to ¥19,800.
For more extensive appointments, such as comprehensive medical checkups or cancer screenings that take half a day to a full day, the fee ranges from ¥19,800 to ¥52,800.
The fees differ depending on whether the appointment is in the morning, afternoon, or spans four hours including the lunch period.

(Example Fees) For clinics located in central Tokyo
For a standard medical visit (from reception to consultation and payment, approximately 40 minutes to 1.5 hours), the fee is 14,300 yen (tax included).
For medical checkups or comprehensive health screenings, the fees are as follows:
3 hours: 24,200 yen (tax included)
6 hours: 39,600 yen (tax included)
1 full day (8 hours): 50,600 yen (tax included)
