We arrange highly qualified interpreters—who have completed a medical interpreting curriculum and passed the certification exam—to hospitals for those in need of medical interpretation.
Brief Overview of the Interpreter Fees
After meeting at the designated spot, the interpreter will begin interpreting from the hospital reception. They will assist throughout the medical consultation and billing process. The service concludes at the hospital.
We can introduce interpreters who have completed the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s medical interpreting curriculum.
We also arrange interpreters to accompany you on a variety of medical tours, including travel and surgeries. We also provide arrangements for consecutive interpreters for medical conferences.
How to Apply for Medical Interpretation Services

Enter your preferred date and time, as well as the details of the medical consultation, then submit the form. Please contact us between 2 months and at least 7 days in advance.Step3
You will receive interpreter information from the Japan Medical Interpreting Academy.Step4
Please make the payment at least 7 days in advance.Step5
