Commonly Requested Medical Interpreting
Most requests are for in-person interpreting at clinics, but online interpreting is also available. Our interpreters have worked at university hospitals, specialized medical centers, and clinics across Japan.
How to Apply for Medical Interpretation Services

Enter your preferred date and time, as well as the details of the medical consultation, then submit the form. Please apply between 2 months and 7 days before your appointment. -

Meet your interpreter at the hospital
The medical interpreter will be waiting for you at the hospital. After meeting at the designated spot, the interpreter will begin interpreting from the hospital reception. They will assist throughout the medical consultation and billing process. The service concludes at the hospital.
Other Information
- Most requests are for in-person interpreting at clinics, but we also offer online interpreting.
- We can introduce interpreters who have completed the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s medical interpreting curriculum.
- We also arrange interpreters to accompany you on a variety of medical tours, including travel and surgeries.
- We also provide arrangements for consecutive interpreters for medical conferences.
